Prepared for students in Grades 3, 4, & 5, this video is about the Declaration of Independence, its origin, principles and purposes. Through the use of this video, accompanying lesson plan and a copy of the Declaration of Independence, students will display knowledge of where and when the Declaration of Independence was signed and understand some key vocabulary and concepts by using a copy of the original document to make a Declaration of their own.

Prepared for students in Grades 6, 7, & 8, this video is about the foundational rights set forth in the Declaration of Independence. Through the use of this video, accompanying lesson plan, assignment sheet and a copy of the Declaration of Independence, students will display knowledge of their inalienable rights and the source of those rights.

Prepared for High School students, this video explores the relationship between inalienable rights and the Declaration of Independence. Through the use of this video, accompanying lesson plan, assignment sheet and a copy of the Declaration of Independence, students will discover the value and purpose of their inalienable rights.

As debate rages on all sides of the issue pitting the 1st Amendment against the 10 Commandments and the Pledge of Allegiance, this video, available in VHS and DVD formats, provides the answer to this hot topic by referencing the foundational documents that created this great nation and the positions of the Founding Fathers.
This
18 minute video, produced for senior high school, college and law students,
features Douglas Kmiec, noted speaker and
highly acclaimed constitutional law scholar, who currently holds the position of
Chair & Professor of Constitutional Law at Pepperdine University. Professor
Douglas Kmiec speaks in depth on the current crisis over the role of religion in
America today and provides the solution in the Declaration of Independence and
the U.S. Constitution. Also included with the video at no extra charge is a
second 45 minute seminar given by Professor Kmiec on the 1st Amendment for
teachers who wish to provide a more comprehensive, in-depth presentation for
their students.
