Rebecca M. Messall

Rebecca R. Messall practices law in Denver,
Colorado, with an emphasis in real estate title
litigation. Her legal experience includes organizing and
managing a litigation section for FDIC's Denver office,
counseling operating financial institution
conservatorships for the Kansas City office of the
Resolution Trust Corporation, representing
municipalities and school districts on state, federal
and Constitutional cases, and managing litigation for a
national title insurer. She served as Respect Life
Director and Program Developer for four years, reporting
to the executive director of Catholic Charities in
Kansas City, Kansas. In that position she supervised
pro-life education, legislation, special projects and
volunteers in a 21-county area, prepared budgets, hired
and supervised staff for a pregnancy shelter and
post-abortion healing program, secured private donations
and grants, hosted a pro-life radio program and
published newspaper columns on pro-life issues. Messall
has also written and published journal articles on
various legal and pro-life topics. She and her husband
of 29 years, John, have three children. She is a
graduate of Kansas State University, B.A., and the
University of Missouri-Kansas City, J.D. Messall is
admitted to the practice law in Colorado, Texas,
Missouri and Kansas. She also serves on the Board of
Directors for Catholic Charities for the Archdiocese of
Denver and as corporate secretary for the St. Thomas
More Society of Colorado, Inc.
