Foundation

National Lawyers Association Foundation, Inc. (“Corporation”) is organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes in accordance with Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (or a corresponding provision of any future United States Internal Revenue law) to advance education, publication of books, articles, and pamphlets of general interest to the public, to provide educational programs for lawyers and the public, to improve the quality of the delivery of legal services and of the justice system, and for all other lawful purposes as permitted by law.

More specifically, the Corporation is organized to Preserve and protect the representative republic form of government of the U.S.A. as established by its Founding Fathers; to plan, produce and promote educational symposia; to plan, produce and promote speeches by prominent lawyers concerning various topics of legal specialty; to plan, produce and promote continuing legal education programs; to plan, produce and promote radio and television programs relating to legal issues; to promote the principles and transcendent truths set forth in the Declaration of Independence including but not limited to the Sanctity of Life, the Rule of Law, Justice and Freedom; to Improve the image of the legal profession by encouraging members of the legal profession to maintain the highest of ethical and moral standards, to provide services, benefits, technology, education, guidance and professional assistance to members of the legal profession; and to encourage members of the legal community as a whole to earn the respect and trust of the American people by conducting themselves with professionalism and integrity at all times; and to promote fundraising and grant activities that will further such religious, educational, and charitable goals including, but not limited to, establishing a donor advised fund program whereby donors may support like-minded public charities, in compliance with applicable provisions of the Internal Revenue Code and accompanying federal regulations. Your Donations to the NLA Foundation will be used to further these purposes.
